Note: This is based off Amazon.com's "privacy" policy. Hopefully you'll find it funny.

Binaryfusion.net Privacy Notice

Binaryfusion.net knows that you probally don't care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly (hehehe suckers). This notice describes our privacy, or lack there of, policy. By visiting Binaryfusion.net, you already accepted the practices described in this Privacy Notice. So even if you don't agree with it, it's too late now!

What Personal Information About Customers Does Binaryfusion.net Gather?

The information we learn from customers helps us personalize spam and continually improve your browsing experience at Binaryfusion.net. Here are the types of information we gather...

  • Information You Give Us: We receive and store any information you enter on our Web site or give us in any other way (such as through mind reading). You can choose not to provide certain information, but then you might not be able to take advantage of many of our features. Yes, this is similiar to blackmail. We use the information that you provide for such purposes as responding to your requests, customizing future shopping for you, improving our website, spamming you, giving out your phone number to ugly people, and telling embarrassing things about what you did in 8th grade.
  • Automatic Information: We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us. For example, like many Web sites, we use "cookies," (mmmmm cookies) and we obtain certain types of information when your Web browser accesses Binaryfusion.net (such as your credit card number, birthday, and we know what you did last summer). A number of companies offer utilities designed to help you visit Web sites anonymously, but we don't like them. Although we can't provide you with a personalized experience (because we wanna know you REALLY well hehehe) at Binaryfusion.net if we cannot recognize you, we want you to be aware that these tools exist. However they cause viruses and make your harddrive crash and will terrorize your dog so don't use them or else.
  • E-mai.... Spam Communications: To help us make e-mails more useful and interesting, we often receive a confirmation when you open e-mail from Binaryfusion.net if your computer supports such capabilities (in real terms, we track when you open one of your emails from us. Doesn't that make you feel all warm inside?). We also compare our customer list to lists received from other companies, in an effort to avoid sending unnecessary messages to our customers, and to link you to stuff you buy so we can send targeted spam and junk mail. If you do not want to receive e-mail or other mail from us, well that's just too bad! We also give out your email address to every known spam list in the world. MUAHAHAHAHAHHA Even if you just send us a random email telling us our website is down, we automatically sign you up for every mailing list we know of because we know you will want that extra special treatment
  • Information from Other Sources: For reasons such as improving personalization of our service (for example, providing better product recommendations from whoever paid us the most or special offers that we think will interest you (but if it doesn't, we don't care)), we might receive information about you from other sources such as digging through dumpsters, stalking you, etc etc etc and add it to our account information. We also sometimes receive updated delivery and address information from our shippers or other sources so that we can correct our records and deliver your next purchase or communication more easily, and to make sure our junk mail gets to the right house.

What About Cookies?
Cookies are alphanumeric (heh, I doubt you even know what it means but it sounds impressive doesn't it?) identifiers that we transfer to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser to enable our systems to recognize your browser and to provide features such as 1-Click purchasing (which is patented so DON"T USE IT ANYWHERE ELSE OR YOU WILL DIE), Targated Spam, and Big Brother Browsing (tm). We also use it to track you like in "1984" and to send subliminal messages to browse Binaryfusion.net. And you thought you just read the website cause you found it interesting...

The "help" portion of the toolbar on most browsers will tell you how to make sure your browser accepts new cookies, how to have the browser not notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to keep cookies always on. Cookies allow you to take full advantage of some of Binaryfusion.net's coolest (and boy are they cool cause we be hip man) features, and we recommend that you leave them turned on (cause otherwise we won't know enough about you)

Does Binaryfusion.net Share the Information It Receives?

HECK YEA!

(Sharing) Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we are most definitly in the business of selling it to others. We share customer information only with the people we want to, (which is almost every online store in the world) and they are described below.

  • Affiliated Businesses We Do Not Control: We work closely with our affiliated businesses, so as to share even more information about you, an example of which is online-spam-lists.com, our "Sales Department". In some cases, these businesses operate stores at Binaryfusion.net or sell offerings to you at Binaryfusion.net. In other cases, we operate stores, provide services, or sell your privacy information jointly with these businesses. You probally won't be able to tell when another business is involved in your transactions (which means it's working), and we share customer information related to those transactions with that business. So basically we believe that information should be free.....free to every marketer in the world! *evil laugh*
  • Agents: We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf when wer're too lazy to do it ourselves. Examples include fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending junk mail and spam e-mail, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data to find out your real hair color, providing marketing assistance, processing credit card payments so as to steal credit card numbers, and providing customer disservice. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes. Or at least that's what they say *wink* *nudge* *wink*
  • Promotional Offers: Sometimes we send offers to selected groups of Binaryfusion.net browsers on behalf of other businesses. This is commonly known as SPAM. When we do this, we give that business your name, address, social security number, your dog's name, and the time you last took a shower. If you do not want to receive such offers, please follow this simple procedure: Calculate the 1 millionith digit of pi, write a 100 page thesis on the mating rituals of the dung beetle, and shoot a basketball over the underpass, through the window, off the scoreboard, and nuthin' but net.
  • Business Transfers: As we continue to develop our website, we might sell or buy stores or assets. In such transactions, customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets (so even that store you think your information is safe with now, might not be if we buy them). Also, in the very likely event that Binaryfusion.net, Inc., or substantially all of its assets are acquired, customer information will of course be one of the transferred assets. So if we flop like much other .com's are, then we sell your name and address to the highest bidder. This is my favorite part of the privacy policy!
  • Protection of Binaryfusion.net and Others: We release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with law (Binaryfusion.net law that is); enforce or apply our Conditions of MisUse and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Binaryfusion.net, our users, or others (like my dog Fluffy). This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction. Such companies like Bob's Used Cars or The Telemarketers Association.
  • With Your Consent: Other than as set out above, you will not receive notice when information about you might go to third parties (because then you might exempt out), and you will not have an opportunity to choose not to share the information. I hold your privacy info in the palm of my hand!

How Secure Is Information About Me?

We work to not protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input with a Dick Tracy decoder ring.

We reveal only all the digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company, along with anyone else we feel should have it (microsoft, aol, the guy who lives at 1432 Oakcrest street), during order processing.

It is important for you to protect against an authorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure not to sign off when finished using a shared computer, and leave your password on sticky notes on the monitor for everyone to read. And to be extra sure you don't forget, tattoo your password on your forehead.

What Information Can I Access?

No, you've got it wrong. You don't access our information, we access YOUR information.

What Choices Do I Have?

As discussed above, you have no choice but to provide private information, as it might be needed to take over the world, or maybe to take advantage of such Binaryfusion.net features as Free Spam, Free Junk Mail, and Free Phone Calls During Dinner.

You can add or update certain information on pages such as those listed in the "What Information Can I Access?" section above. When you update information, we usually keep a copy of the prior version for our records. That way we always have a copy on hand should you decide you no longer like these conditions and want to change your "private" information with fake emails and addresses. You can't fool us!

If you do not want to receive e-mail or other mail from us, DEAL WITH IT cause your going to get it anyway! (If you do not want to receive Conditions of Use and other spam, such as this Privacy Notice or the latest hot deal of the week, those notices will still govern your use of Binaryfusion.net, and it is your responsibility to review them for changes since we have no responsiblity.)

How do I protect my privacy from Binaryfusion.net?

Our business changes constantly, as there are always new people to steal information from.
